Join us for a fun-filled full day of extreme Class IV and V white water rafting on the world class Upper Animas River, known for being 1 of the premier, heart-stopping, whitewater adventures (must be at least 16), or opt for the full-day Class III and IV white water rafting on the Needleton section of the Upper Animas (still a thrill) (must be at least 14) (for both of these trips, you must meet with guides Friday evening for fifteen minute orientation raft trip to determine physical ability, maturity and performance of self-rescue swim), or enjoy a much gentler half-day ride on the Lower Animas followed by a one-way train ride on the famous narrow gauge train ride from Silverton to Durango, considered “One of the World’s Top Ten Most Exciting Train Rides." Your final option is to not raft at all and enjoy your day exploring Durango, ziplining or even riding the train up and back as the rest of us raft. Those opting for the Upper Animas River all-day rides will also ride a portion of the train ride on the way back from the rafting trip and will experience the best part of the train ride, so no need to ride it again! Sunday morning, there will be an option to zipline through the mountains on a 2-hour or 3-hour spectacular ride! $450.00/Upper Animas rafting (includes partial one-way train ride) $375.00/Half day gentle rafting/one-way train ride $175/room and activities only (no train, no rafting) Special pricing for children staying in a room with two paying adults.
